What we cannot help with
- Complaints about a registrant. Allegations of professional misconduct are a matter for the Real Estate Council of Ontario, which has a formal complaints process and statutory powers. We are not a regulator.
- Legal, tax or financial advice. We cannot advise on your transaction. Speak to a lawyer, an accountant or your lender.
- Introductions or referrals. We do not match consumers with agents and we take no referral fees. Use the rankings and contact agents directly.
- Removing a review because an agent disagrees with it. See the dispute process for the grounds we act on.
